The FQHC CEO Connect Bootcamp takes a different approach from programs like NACHC or your state PCA. While those programs typically focus on compliance and regulatory guidance, our Bootcamp emphasizes practical business strategies to build a financially sustainable FQHC. Led by experienced FQHC executives who’ve been in the trenches, we provide real-world insights and share innovative approaches that politically affiliated organizations often can’t.

This Bootcamp is entirely virtual. All coaching calls and masterclasses will be via Zoom and the course/community is online as well. No in-person meetings or travel are required!

Each month, you’ll participate in a live masterclass and two one-hour group coaching calls. There will also be optional homework to help you implement what you’ve learned. While live attendance is encouraged for the best experience, all sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one.

The calls are generally every Friday at 1pm Eastern during the 5 months of the Bootcamp, but that is subject to change depending on the cohort you join. If a normally scheduled call falls on or around a holiday, we might need to change it as well.
